Cancellation And Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to maintain a fair and transparent refund and cancellation policy to ensure a smooth experience for our clients.

    • No refunds or cancellation requests will be accepted once the project has been onboarded, as per WebAtlantics’ policy, which mandates the immediate allocation of resources and commencement of work upon project confirmation.
    • WebAtlantics Technologies reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. The approval or denial of such requests is solely at the company’s discretion.
    • If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
    • The refund may take 5-7 business days to reflect in the account, depending on the payment provider’s processing time.
    • In some cases, the processing time may vary due to banking procedures or third-party payment gateway policies.
    • All refund decisions made by WebAtlantics Technologies shall be considered final and binding.
    • Customers must provide a minimum of 30 days for WebAtlantics Technologies to address any billing-related queries before initiating actions such as chargebacks.
    • Failure to notify WebAtlantics Technologies and allow sufficient time for resolution may result in additional charges.
    • In cases where a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, WebAtlantics Technologies reserves the right to recover:
      • Any time spent in resolving the dispute.
      • Any fees incurred as a result of the chargeback process.
      • An additional $50 chargeback fee as stated in our policy.
      • All chargeback disputes and associated fees will be considered final and enforceable by WebAtlantics Technologies.
    • For ongoing/existing projects, 30 to 45-days prior notice is required for cancellation.
    • This notice period allows for a smooth transition and ensures no disruption in services.
    • If cancellation is requested within the notice period, any pending payments must be cleared before the process is finalized.
    • If a project is canceled without prior notice, cancellation fees will be charged based on the plans or services the customer has opted for.
